Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Visiteable (the "Service"), operated by Sumukha Shekar, a solo-founder product based in Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What Visiteable does
Visiteable is an AI-assisted SEO tool. Once you connect your Google Search Console and/or Google Analytics account, and a WordPress, WordPress.com, or Ghost site, Visiteable reads your real search and traffic data to research keywords, draft and fact-check articles, run technical SEO checks, and publish content to your connected site — either as drafts for your review or directly, depending on how you configure it.
2. Early access
Visiteable is currently in early access. Every feature is available with no credit card required and no usage cap during this period. Paid plans will be introduced later, and early users will get the pricing in effect when they signed up locked in at that point. Features, limits, and this early-access arrangement may change as the product develops; we'll do our best to give notice of material changes.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use Visiteable, created either via Google Sign-In or with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of a business, to use the Service.
4. Your content and connected accounts
You own the content you create, publish, or have Visiteable publish through the Service. By connecting a Google account, a WordPress/WordPress.com site, or a Ghost site, you authorize Visiteable to read and act on your behalf within the specific scopes you grant (for example: reading Search Console query data, reading Analytics traffic data, or publishing posts to your site) — never anything beyond what you've explicitly connected.
You're responsible for reviewing anything Visiteable publishes to your own site before it goes live if you've configured it to publish as drafts, and for the content itself once it's live either way — including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with any platform or regulatory requirements that apply to you.
5. AI-generated content
Articles are generated with the help of AI (currently Anthropic's Claude models) and go through an automated fact-checking and SEO audit pass before publishing. This reduces but does not eliminate the chance of errors, outdated information, or content that doesn't fully match your intent. You're responsible for reviewing published content and correcting or removing anything inaccurate.
6. Third-party services
Visiteable works by connecting to services you choose to authorize, including Google (Search Console, Analytics, Sign-In), WordPress/WordPress.com, Ghost, Anthropic (Claude, for content generation), and DataForSEO (for keyword research data). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Visiteable isn't responsible for outages, policy changes, or data issues originating from a third-party service we connect to.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Visiteable to publish content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is deliberately deceptive, or violates the terms of the platforms you connect (Google, WordPress.com, Ghost, etc.). Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any SEO outcome (rankings, traffic, or otherwise) will result from using it. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines' own algorithms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visiteable and its founder won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost traffic, lost revenue, or content published through the Service.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
